I've spent my career in agency environments growing from designer to director — leading cross-functional teams, managing complex project lifecycles, and building operational infrastructure from the ground up. I care as much about how work gets done as I do about the quality of what gets made.

What I’ve Built

At McKee Wallwork, I built the operations department from the ground up — developing onboarding systems, project management infrastructure, vendor relationships, and cross-functional workflows that supported 20+ client accounts simultaneously. I led a team of project managers and production designers through full project lifecycles spanning website development, video production, and integrated campaigns.
